Cleaning vents

Anyone know the best way to clean the vents on my camaro?

It is so damn dirty in this pos city (add the fact that the car is somewhat old). Turn on the AC and dirt and filth just comes flying out. Makes the interior SO nasty, even after spot cleaning.

Is there a filter I can change somewhere?

as far as i know theres no kind of filter that u can clean. i would just put it on HIGH for a few min and then go back and clean the vents themselves w/ some Formula 2000 (or some kind of cleaner like that) on a Q-tip and go at it.

There's the screen in front of the window but no filters I know of. You could try to cut up a house air filter and maybe try to find some place you can put it in the ducting.
