There's not enough information to go on in order to "know what the problem is". So let's guess.
If it idles okay and runs around okay under light throttle, I'd guess you have a fuel delivery problem such as a clogged fuel filter and under high loads, the fuel demand is greater than the pump's ability to shove it through the filter. The engine leans out then snuffs the fire.
That's WAG # 1.
Check your filter and fuel pump. Measure fuel pressure at the rail while under load, if you can.
