b&m shift kit

I am installing a b&m shift kit in my iroc and don't know if I should put in stage 1 or stage 2. If you have one I'd like your advice on which on and how much you like it. thanks, shawn

ive heard and read bad things about the b&m. i hear they tear up the trans pretty fast along with other not so good things. i would stick with a transgo. its cheaper and from what ive read are a LOT better.

Is there any way to find out what kind of shift kit you have in your car? The guy i bought my car from said it had a shift kit, and it sure does snap your neck But I have no idea what kind it is and I'm just curious

The best thing to do is get a TransGo kit and have it installed. Even if you already have on it would be better to have piece of mind KNOWING theres not a B&M in there. They WILL tear up a 700R4.
