anyone running this cam?

http://www.lingenfelter.com/store/lpe-74219.html

is anyone running that cam or something like it? Im wondering if that cam or the LT4 would be better.

specs are:219/219 duration @ .050 .560"/.560" with 1.6 rocker
LT4 specs: 218/228 duration @.050 .525"/.525" with 1.6 rocker

so with the LT4, the exhaust is open a little longer, but i get less lift.

any opinions?

What size motor you putting it in? They're both good running cams for street cars, I wouldn't go any smaller IMO. The cam in my 383 is a little bigger than the LT4 hot cam, sounds almost stock and idles great.

I just bought a crate motor that is running the hot cam kit which is .525"/0525" 218/228. I'll be able to tell you how it sounds in a couple weeks.

The LPE 219 is a fairly popular cam, I've heard good things about it. Can't personally tell you how it runs, as I'm just starting to do research on that for myself now.
