I have just installed a edelbrach part# 3704 Intake Manifold into my 1992 Firebird, this car has a 1987 engine, TBI, so on... My problem is I had a friend help with un-installing the original, now I have a part I can not figure out...The multi ported radiator valve that sits front left of the engine has a short hose and no where to go???? I can't figure this one out...If you can email me I can show you the picture of the part, or maybe you are mere genious and you can tell me where this goes???? Please help the car has been down for 7 days already...

 

On TPI models, that hose goes to the throttle body. I would assume it goes either there or to the front of the block right under the thermostat housing.

 

Thank you, Your reply helped me out alot...Also I went to the local grocery store and found a guy with the same car...Looked under his hood and wahlah!!! I did the right thing by joining the two hoses as a temporary fix, now I need to go buy the right length of hose, it should be one hose.....Goes to the rear of the manifold...cooling system...
