Your right I wasn't thinking about the input shaft,and wasn't sure about the ratios.

Thanks for the help guys, I think I'm not going to bother with an engine swap, so if I see a cheap manual V6 tranny for my car then I will swap that and be happy. I'm saving up for a 98-02 Trans Am anyway... heh heh heh.
