Air Filter

I am looking into a kn airfilter for my 84 camaro. I was just curious, considering that it is carburated how much horsepower do you think it will add. I already have a high flow muffler but it's doing me no good because i'm not getting enough air into my engine. Thankyou.

It helps only if you can get more air into the engine. If your intakes are restrictive, it won't help.

For your money the K&N filter is a good buy. Flows more air then stock and it reuable, just clean it. Last filter you will need to buy and for any Horsepower gain, forget it 1 or 2 HP if that. Just a better Filter.

Best place I have found to get K&N's is Summit or Jegs. If you go to like Shucks they cost you an arm & a leg.

CSK is the same price as Jegs.
