I went to Airflowreasearch.com to look up on there heads, I looked at the flow numbers and here they are.
.200" lift they flow 132/135 cfm in. and 108/110 cfm ex.
.400" lift they flow 240/249 cfm in. and 178/180 cfm ex.
.500" lift they flow 260/275 cfm in. and 180/195 cfm ex.
.550" lift they flow 262/280 cfm in. and 192/202 cfm ex.
these numbers are for the 195 heads. Street/Competition

Out of the box heads... you won't get any better than that. You could however try to port and polish a diferant set of aluminum heads but its pretty hard to get heads to flow higher than that and keeping them street legal.
ye, those are good numbers. That's better than the numbers on some of the other brands 200cc intake heads. But I think the AFRs cost more too.
Check out http://www.chevyhiperformance.com/ and look at the article on head flow data. You can compare a whole bunch of different heads.
