DJ, how is it working out? Have you checked the ECM with a scanner to see if it knocks a lot on a hot day? I wouldn't go any further than what you have for compression. I suppose you could find the stock equivalent and go one heat range colder and see if it fouls it up.

Yea it seems more of an engine problem then a plug problem. Find out why you're running rich first then change the plugs.

Ive ran the platinums and rapidfires, neither did anything out of the ordinary. Whats in there now? $1.10 AC Delos. Work like a charm.

If you want a little extra clearance, the MSD wires seem to have a smaller boot and give me extra clearance. More so than the Accels and the Morosos Ive used.

When I had my Iroc I ran NGK's with SLP 1 3/4 shorty's and had no clearence issues and I tried Bosh Platnums on my old 93 Lightning and they were junk. The Ford Motorsport plugs were a million times better even with 50K miles on them.
