Post 400/would you buy this hoodscoop?

First off what did the smallblock 400s come in? I know they came in chevelles but what else?

Second.
Would you pay 300 cdn for a fiberglass hood with a 3" cowl scoop?

The reson I ask is because I have almost finished making my hood with the scoop and I am going to make a mould of it just in case I ever smash up my car (it is steel now and has taken days) and I was wondering the possiblity of selling these if I have the mould. I figure for 10 of them it will cost 500 cdn in material meaning one is 50 cdn. I could really use the extra cash and I have had people tell me that my scoop looks good even though it isn't even done.

I'd say post a picture, put up a price, and see what happens from there.

400 sbc's came in a lot of pick up trucks in the mid to late 70's, look in wreckers and bigger trucks, like C30's and stuff. they also found there way into a lot of staion wagons adn full sizes of the same vintage.
as far as the scoop goes, check to see the price in summit or jegs. i am nto sure what teh exchange rate is so i am not sur ehow taht price compares.
