I didn't lose any mileage going from a 3.23 to a 3.73 but that was where the engine was setup with the correct cam.

Going from 2.73s to 3.42 was a very nice mod for me, it pulls strong to 5750 where I shift (tbi car).

Sorry for getting back so late........WEll I didnt get to run cause it was bracket night and I didnt get the 2 runs to get dialed in so I just watched cause I got there late.
I can tell a difference in the way the car pulls after driving it for about 100 miles round trip. Dont know about the gas milage thing but I wouldnt think it would be to bad. when Im doing 70 Im about 2300 when I used to be 1800/1900...I like the way im in my powerband with the 3.42's

I do have a tranny cooler and a transgo heavy duty kit sitting here in the room waiting to go on.

Now I just need to see what converter im going with. thats the big question cause Ive read so much to keep the stock or go to a 2800 stall.

{89-Camin-Camaro What track do you go to I live in Winston Salem, well really Germanton im in between them did you install them yourself or did you go somewere if so were?)

I got to Farmington dragway. Its the closest around us.....I wish we had a 1/4 mile track around here. The hell with the 8ths. Pull up there site and check out there schedule....www.farmingtonmotorsportspark.com
