2.8 to 305
There have been a lot of V6 to V8 swap threads with some good info. A lot of guys say it's not worth it unless you already have a V8 parts car. It comes down to a bunch of little pieces, springs, motor mounts, etc. Obviously you'll need the harness/ecm/engine too. Unless you already have a motor lined up, I'd wait for a 350.
