It wont start and i dont know whats wrong. When i turn the key all the lights go on but it doesnt even try to turn over. i tryed turning on the lights and starting it and it didnt take any power from the lights so i dont think it is the battery. Anyone got any ideas?

 

If all connections at battery, etc, check ok, neutral safety switch is my favorite suspect in these situations. Check out post #8 on a way to test it:

Fuel delivery.

 

try jump starting before you rule out the battery

 

If the engine won't turn over as he states, how does fuel delivery affect anything?

Why not start with the obvious... check for power at the starter when attempting to crank the engine. That should narrow down the diagnosis considerably.
