1984 camaro steering column?

Ive been debating about whether or not to get this camaro for dirt cheap..only problem i have is that im afraid i wont be able to fix it...all it needs if a flywheel for the 350motor, and a steering column...im afraid i wont be able to find the parts i need. Is there like more than one year that will fit on a 84...for example will a 86steering column fit in an 84? or any other year? thanx in advance...also whats a pretty good after market flywheel that i should look into since i already have to change it..the car is a 84 auto 350 z28...? thanx again.

why does it need a column?

if it is just loose, fix it, it broken(stolen), again, just fix it

A lot of them loosen at the tilt head. All you need to do is remove the wheel and re-tighten and loc-tite the torx head screws. I've done this before with other tilt columns.
