Finally Test Drove a 5th Gen today
so I test drove a 2012 v6 with the manual 6 spd with 15 miles on it today, and honestly my current 2000 v6 camaro felt a lot faster even though there's suppose to be a 100+ HP difference. SO do they have a programmed break-in period with v6's too which is what caused this?? the car only had 15 miles on it.
other than the power, I liked the car alot, loved the look of the square fenders in the rear view mirrors, felt like a corvette. very bad rear visability, must always use mirrors but that limited visabilty is 1 thing that makes the camaro feel special & cool,I also love the exotic looks/feel of the car. I love the small windows.
I liked the seats but the head rests were useless as in most cars, they do no good for comfort, i guess they are only there for crashes only.
I guess I need to test drive one that is broken in.

I test drove a green 2011 with 15,000 miles, it was very nice, Now I just bought a new 2012 and am working on breaking it in, the car is very fast in the 0-80. it's defintly faster than the 2000 was.
