I'm willing to give up length, width, and height. Basically, take the whole thing down to 3/4 scale.

No. You have to look at NRE versus gross margin. It'd probably have to be more like $40K at the volumes you've given. Of course, at that price, those volumes are not a given.

I'd be interested in seeing how much a Camaro would weigh if you took off everything unrelated to basic driving and "safety". Then we would be able to see what we'd have to work with as far as weight that we could push to have removed.
