I was going to get the front shot but, he pulled off the road and turned around and
went back to their lot. I followed and got some shots of the front end (not too good
as I had to shoot into the sun). It is the same front end as you've seen with the
ram air intake above the grille and the cowl hood. Same as shown on the header
at the top of this web page.

I thought the Z28 was coming out first and then the more potent SS (which seems
backward as the Z28 was always top dog years ago). I understood the SS to have
the supercharged LS3 and it would put out more than the Z28 (to me again, backward
thinking on the model naming).

Speculatation is that its going back to the way it SHOULD be.........with the Z28 being back on top. But at this point, nothing is official.

I have to admit.......I was a lil disappointed.....when I saw "Z28", I thought u were reffering to the white mule with the black hockey stripes we saw several months ago or the black mule with brembos captured in the video at the ring.

I have been reading here a lot about the new camaro so please forgive me if I should know this but, From what I take from this the Z28 will be a more potent package. Not like the 4th gen where the Z28 was the Base V8 car. Does this mean that there will be a Base V8 car(non z28) at launch? Or will there even be a base V8?

it would seem really stupid to not have a base V8 car. It would be incredibly stupid to reveal and release the production car without and available V8.

Pictures of Camaro(Z28?)taken June12

These are the pictures I shot yesterday, I put a posted a couple of these
last night...however, someone thought those were "photoshopped". Well,
are ALL these photoshopped...I got better things to do. All I did was take
some pictures. You tell me what it is and why they still have camo on it
and cover them up as soon as the get out of the 2 cars.

Gary, what some of us are wondering is what is it about them that make them specifically the Z28 version of the next Camaro?

You tell me...does the base (V6) Camaro have the ram air/cowl hood, big dual exhausts
and big wheels? Also, the mufflers look awfully large for a V6 car. It sounds nice....but
I guess you can make any motor sound nice with the right exhaust/muffler work..

Possibly, but if not, that doesn't necessarily make what you saw a Z28 unless there was a badge or something like that.

It is not a big deal really. Some people are very excited for specific and proof-positive Z28 information and are just wondering if you saw something specific. I think you saw some of the IVER/test mule cars. It sure is cool that you got to and thanks for putting up the pics and posting about it.
