To be honest I really love the 4th gen, wondering if anyone else has noticed the value of 4th gen going down also, I'm sure a big part of it is due to the 5th gen coming out.

I doubt that the prices have been driven down because anyone who may have been in the market for a 4th gen and is holding off to purchase a 2010. Two different buyers altogether.
Probably more due to the fact that your average 4th gen car is now at least 6 years old or older, and getting tired.

The 4th gen prices have been going down because of their age and the general state of the economy. There are lots of great deals on 4th gen V8's out there.

Yep, prices have been falling. You can get an '01-'02 with 60-70k miles on it for 6-7 grand, easy.
