Pretty nice time. I am wondering if he dropped the pressure in the tires a little bit. The mph isn't too bad either.

I hope to get a 60' at least that low when I take my Formula back to the track (still run it on street tires). If only I had the 6 speed auto too...

Nice (and jealous, my launch owing to my meager drag racing skills is such crap - 13.54 @ 111 w/ 2.53 60' time )

Very nice - especially for the A6. Great 60 ft for stock tires is what makes the difference.

Still wouldn't be surprised to see a 12.7x @ 112-ish mph out of a bone stock M6 this fall.

Even with 26 less horsepower, most will go faster in the auto.

It's very difficult to correctly and consistently row a 6 speed, especially off the line!

Tell me about it! Richmond Dragway isn't known for being launch friendly either (guess it might have helped if I didn't leave the stock 35psi, but I figured what the hell, drove down, passed tech and jumped in line for my run with virtually no cool down time).

Another thing that sorta spooked me on my car was how fast the 1-2 shift came up. I found I'd unintentionally let out of the gas for the 1-2 shift, but had no problem on the 2-3 shift (with 2nd gear being somewhat long I was more comfortable with just working the clutch and shifter while keeping the gas planted )

Anyways, I've seen more than a few V8 F5 cars on the road in NN VA, but none at the track that night and all of them seemed to owned by guys who grew up with a 1st gen F-body, I certainly hope that isn't the case by and large out this way since I'd like to see them run in person myself at the same track.
