Another reminder. Those complaining of weight are few and far between. Don't sweat it.
They make up barely a fraction of the buyers and some of them will still being buying the car. Thank you. I now return you to your regularly scheduled whining.

You could make a "But it's more fun to argue" smiley and the thread bandwidth would be greatly reduced on many subjects...

anyone heard of mercedes benz? all their cars are lead sleds yet, their AMG lineup does mid to low 12's, are 4000+lbs and they turn and stop with the best of them. the c63 out now has 451hp, does 12.5@113.5 and is 4004lbs with a 53/47 split. or look at the lexus IS-F, 414hp and 12.7@113.4mph and its at the camaro weight of 3817lbs. all these cars handle and stop like a mother also.

Both cars are AWD... the Camaro is RWD.

i find your lack of information disturbing. both cars are front engine RWD not AWD. and the comparison in performance is more then legitimate. they are similar power and weight and configuration. look them up.

Give me a break. I saw the new AMG C63 and thought about it for a moment and then checked out the price. As I recall it was close to $63k. (Hense the name I guess ). When you consider you'll almost be able to purchase two Camaro SSes for the same amount, how could you ever think to compare the two.
