Car sales for every manufactuer that sells in the US are down. I read the other day Ford was down 32% and I suspect GM is in a similar situation. I know Toyota, Nissan and Honda are all down also. My point is that yes car sales will be effected. Even the most economical models will be effected. I have a government job and I won't be buying a new car for at least a year. A month ago I had every intention of buying two new cars in the next year. I think it will be a tough year or two.
