True. And I dont think anyone will. The Vette door and quarter have a seam on the same plane where the 5th gen make a 15-20* turn out at the rear of the door. The reason the rear facial on a Vette is susceptible to the shading difference is the rear bumper panel takes on a sliiiiightly different angle at the seam. But on some there is almost no transition. Yours being one of the best examples ive seen.

Just got my new SS a couple of weeks ago. Black is the ticket for all this. that is one of the reasons I like black cars. Good match and the different surfaces blend in better and easier to match if I need a little paint work.
