I see he got my wish list but I suppose I'll get an empty bottle under the tree. I gotta specify an unopened bottle for next year...

I won't... Just a full tank

PS - I picked up a chrome concept Camaro from hot wheels and also a 1/18 scale one from some off-brand company. I think they make the "DUB" series of stuff.

Okay everyone...guess what? This is "unofficially" officially a GO!

It took a while, but we found a way to do it. The folks at GreenLight were accommodating and we managed to put things together.

For those who have been following this thread closely, there will only be one regular production color* instead of two that we tried to do somewhere in the middle of all of this. No big deal, keeps things simple.

All of the other details in the FIRST post in this thread should still be accurate as of today since I just updated it. Details subject to change but I doubt it. We are trying to nail this down quickly.

Pre-ordering will be available soon, hopefully within a week or two of this post when we have production notification. It will be "first come, first served" so be ready! If you don't have a Google Checkout account, I would get one now.

Announcements with more details are forthcoming. Just wanted to let all who participated in this thread know first!

*>Not counting any ultra-rare "Green Machines" of our car. Getting one won't be easy. Again, more details to come...<*

Can it be a color other than silver or red? I've been buying a lot of the toys, and I'm a little sick of buying the same thing over and over. Maybe black with silver stripes is something we could all agree on, because I wouldn't want to buy a hugger orange, frost green, or any other "niche" colored one.

It will not be red and may not be silver but that hasn't been determined just yet. If it is silver, it will not be the silver that it already comes in, and will not be plain. It will be a completely customized car. Custom wheels, etc.

That would be awesome to have a "tuxedo black" concept. Will you announce the pre-ordering in this thread or make a whole new one??

I doubt you have any influence over this, but I hope the toy has the side mirrors on it. The Hot Wheel doesn't have them and it looks funny. If you DO have influence though, please mention it!
