Bad Dealer Good Dealer

My wife's sister priced her Camaro online and got four dealership recommendations. The car priced out at 31K and change. She goes to the first dealership on the list to order, fills out the paperwork then gets a 39K price. When she asked why the $7500 upcharge the sales goob said it was a "supply/demand" charge... she walked out and called the second dealership.

She stopped by the second dealer and filled out the order form. This time the price was spot on. I guess it pays to shop around.

yeah, i'd say it has to be harder and harder for dealerships to get away with over-charging with customers being well-informed with the help of sites like this.
