Does anyone have info on what GM projects the 2010 Model Year total volume to be for the Camaro? On a somewhat related note, what volume does their capacity in Oshawa allow them?

 

I don't know the numbers, but I'm pretty sure that Oshawa has the capacity to build far more cars than they will ever need to.

 

I heard the numbers for 2010-2013 a while back... I think it was on the podcast. They were in the 50-60k/year range.

Oshawa can build a lot more than that, which is good, because they also have to build the Impala.

 

I was wondering if the Camaro would make a run at 100,000 units and beyond like in its good old days.

 

I think it certainly could if the economy was better and in a 15-16 million unit range total for the US sales market. But at projected 2009 sales right near 10 million total units I think selling 50-60K Camaros would be a success.
