Well guys I've finally completed this project and have launched the product. Google "HEX Vent" and you should see some references.

they look expensive, but that doesnt mean they look good. I'm not saying I could do any better, I would probably do some long skinny ones along the chamfer in the cowl, but they dont really add anything to the looks. Function wise they wont do much since the air is going though the radiator and then under the car when it's moving.
