i think the only thing that no cupholders in the camaro would accomplish would be pissed off customers. one car on the market with no cupholders will not change the way americans drive their cars. to think not having a cupholder will prevent someone from driving w/o a drink and therefore reconnecting with the driving experience is just crazy

thats why that design is no good.

I never said the things you are commenting about! It would be nice if people would leave the food and drink to the kitchen, make-up to the bathroom and the cell phone to times when they aren't driving. I never stated that not having cupholders in a car is a guarantee for better driving. Your comments are about as ridiculous as those that think "hands-free" cell usage in the car will be less of a distraction. What does holding the phone have to do with driver attention?

if you are holding the phone, you are not holding the steering wheel

i never said anything about better driving either. all i was stating was the fact that YOU want no cupholders so you can enjoy the road. others may enjoy the driving experience more witha drink. make up, cell phone, etc is more of a safety hazard and i do not disagree with that. come to think of it i could care less about any of this
