i am looking at buying the SLP LoudMouth exhaust but i think that i might have "our best friends" on my bumper all day. i want something loud and scary but my engine mods might put me or my wife (its her car) in jail. i have an aftermarket custom grind cam, 10.5 to 1 compression forged pistons, forged connecting rods, 1.6 rockers, headers, custom 3" y-pipe, and no cat. if i have to i will put a high flow cat on the car. i get my nuts busted enough for being in a big crowd on sunday night, i dont want to be the guy that always gets pulled over as soon as i leave the parking lot. thanks for the help.

 

Both my friend (2002 Z28) and myself have loudmouth exhaust, our friendly local police give us a long look, but just don't be stupid when you know they're around. Alot of rice burners are just as loud...

 

i have a 3.4..... how much did those mods cost and what kinda of chip you got and was it worht it.......

i will let you know how all of the mods work out once i drop the motor i the car and break it in. i will definitely keep everyone posted on the outcome of the car. probably will be done about in about 3 weeks.

 

How does the LM sound on your 6er? Does it sound better than flowmaster, or more ricey? Ive got flows but was looking for something a bit deeper.
