Post Tuning help, track times fell off..

Ok well as said above i went to the track over the weekend and my times fell off, y? i have no clue.. all stock my car ran a 15.08 @ 92.5mph.. i've done all the mods in my sig this past winter and went to the track, the car ran a best of a 14.04 @ 97mph, consistant 14.1-14.3 depending on my fuel pressure and on my 60ft. time (2.01 is the best, averages about 2.02).. So anyways this past week i put on an MSD 6AL ignition box & Drag Radials and my car ran a best of a 14.65 @ 92mph!!!! what gives, faster ET than stock but the same MPH? yes weather condidtions are off a bit but that doesn't explain the lost 5 mph!! i'm not a happy camper, my cousin said the car launches awesome but then it just seems to fall on it face after that.. my Fuel pressure is set at 44psi, i started out at 46psi according to the dyno test results in the TPiS insider hints book, and as i brought the FP down it got quicker and i busted off the fastest ET, so i left it there, now like i said this weekend i haven't touched it and the cars runnin' slow again?? any help or suggestions??

This isn't an Advanced Question and should be posted in 3rd Gen Tech.
