Z-2 by itself 4 first use?
I've always done a little detailing on the side with some of my freinds and relative's cars, but I've recently bought Zaino and I am now an addict. I want to use this on my customer's cars but I only have enough time for one coat of something. I know Z-2 works best with Z-1 but can Z-2 be applied by itself the first time? I just don't have enough time to do both.

Yes, for commercial purposes you can do this, it just does not near have the durability without the Z-1. But when the new Zaino product (ZFX) comes out in about a month you can have the benefits of Z-1 with just one step.

But you should charge them more for the ZFX.
