Re: installed cc306 now brakes suck
If manifold vacuum is to low you can install a vacuum tank. It will solve the braking problems. Does it feel OK at high rpms but bad at low rpms? If so jut install a tank.

I can't even tell the differance after my install. like the previous post said.......Is it only at low rpm's or high and low? Make sure the rubber grommets on the booster and intake are in good shape. I would bet it's a leak somewhere. JMO

My brakes suck too. Similar cam to 306. Just low vacuum at idle. I pull barely 10 inches. Get a Jegs or Summit brand vacuum canister. They're inexpensive ($50 or so) and do wonders for braking ability.
