Sorry, but the question is too generic. Do you mean it's broken and needs to be fixed? In that case, a lot will depend on what is broken. Are there parts you want to upgrade? To give you an idea, I am lucky to live close (90m) to one of the premier race auto tranny shops. The do a $1,295 rebuild/upgrade which incudes the below besides replacing all the "soft" parts like clutches/frictions, seals, etc.

Modify Pump to Ross-Lock Street & Strip specs
HD Pump Rotor
HD Sun gear Shell
High rpm slide spring
Modify lube circuit
Install H.D. clutch pack
H.D. 2nd gear band
Corvette HP Servo kit
Reprogram valve body
Additional Hard parts not included
