Well, I got my plans laid out it will hold 3 10" and by on an angle to the front will uploads pics when finished, the question should I use vinal fabric or stick with speakers carpet, I found this fabric at the local fabric shop and its an exact match to my faded interior LOL, no its not that faded but it matches perfect? So carpet or vinal?

Carpet is probably the easiest to work with. Vinyl requires some stretching and stuff. It all depends on the shape and contour of the enclosure.

If you've never used either one, use carpet. If you haven't used vinyl, but you have used carpet, use carpet. Do not use vinyl unless you have some experience with it. The first time with the stuff could turn a really nice project to one you'll always be disappointed with and once it's there, it's there and getting it off is a real pain...

If you have used both and are ready to use vinyl, I say go for it. If done right, it turns out much better IMHO.
