Need some trouble shooting help PLEASE

OK when i was writing a new tune to my car a few weeks ago i lost battery voltage and the tune got interupted screwing my PCM. After i go the PCm back from ION I was unable to get tunercats to read the bin file and the car wouldn't run. So i got another PCM to see if something else in my PCM had gone bad. I got the new PCM today hooked it up and the canr ran, but would die right away because VATS wasn't disabled in this one. So i goto write my bin file to it and tunercats wont talk to this one either. So just for fun I tried my original PCm again and it worked! (still no clue why before it wouldn't? :confused: ) For some reason though it is not reading inputs from the MAP sensor or the TPS sensor, so it idles high and wont rev. Any ideas?

EDIT while the car was down i did weld up my exhaust and replace the fuel pump

OK i do have a Datamaster log, and i unplugged the IAT sensor while the car was running, it is getting a 5v ref and has a good ground. :confused:

OK when i put in the second PCM and datalog, the MAP and TPS sensors work! ...... Any idea why my ALDL cable wont work for tunercats, or why My original PCM is having issues?

OK i made a new cable and i have been able to reprogram the PCM's but they still wont readt the four sensors? :confused:
I am really running out of ideas so any help would be REALLY nice.

EDIT: well i got the electric gremlins worked uot and now my brand new walbro FP just plain ont build pressure. :( ( It wasn't an ebay cheapo either)
