No one tells exactly how to get the scanmaster to display the trouble codes that have popped up. my car has stumbled before the fans come on a few times and thrown a light. It even goes out when I drive away at times. I have to find out what this is and people are telling me a paperclip? What does that mean? my scanmaster has two small buttons on the front . Period. There is no place for a paperclip but I have a 95 camaro and a fairly new scanmaster so what is the deal? Anyone have ideas?

just found a photo of a scanmaster with the hole in the back. mine doesn't have it. i need to figure out who the manufacturer of the scanmaster is. I have never found a more obscure product with little support as this device. mine must be an older version without the ability to read codes or at least no push button for the option. I opened it up and it doesn't have provisions for that feature inside... I need to find out who makes it and contact them about it. Any ideas?
