Help, my car has gone crazy...

Ok, so I took a bunch of stuff off my car today, front/rear bumper, inside of the doors, tail lights...I am going to paint my car, and I went to roll up the window and it went crazy, the headlights were going up and down and all the lights were flashing.

Anyone know how to fix this, I assume its somehting with the alarm, but have no idea what to do.
Thanks,
Chris

charged the battery, and re-attached it, still going crazy. I unplugged the headlight motors so they would stop. Would taking the turn signals in the front off or the fog lights cause this at all?

Always interesting when someone asks a question but provides absolutely no information about the car.... year, model, etc.

Ok, put it back together, it does not work. Still doing the same thing. There is a red flashing light on to the right of my cd player, which blinks 3 times and then has a pause, then blinks 3 times. The brake lights and the front turn signal lights do the same thing.

It seems like this would be some sort of anti-theft kind of deal, but I have no idea. Please help, any suggestions welcome...

The car has some sort of funky aftermarket alarm, the switch that is supposed to reset it does not work, and there is no controller that I could find, but I found 2 fuses, pulled one of them and it works now, so I am not going to go any further with it. Thanks guys
