hello everybody about three weeks ago my car started nissing and i school i connecteded to the tech 2 and scanned the computer. it camo out that the cam senser had no signal so i changed the sensor, and the problem continued. then i discovered a vacume leak from a pcv valve i fixed the problem and the ratteling continued. i then decided to change the spark pluggs. and the problem continued. i cant find the problem so please if anyone has been through something similar and came out of it with a working car tell me how you did it. by the way when im i a dead stop and accelerate fast the car starts nissing.

misfire on the 3.8 is often caused by the plug wires, but usually get a 0300 code and could be other things... perhaps hook it back up to the scanner since you changed that sesnor and see if it is regestering a ranom miss

I would get it scanned and quit guessing on parts, otherwise you'll spend a ton of money. See if there is a misfire to a specific cylinder. If so, then start the troubleshooting with the coil pack, plug, wire, and fuel injector.
