Re: Relay wiring diagram??

85 and 86 are your low current (coil) wires. One of those wires needs a ground and the other needs a 12v to open the relay.

30 is the common terminal, 87a is the closed contact, 87 is the open contact. when the coil has no power 87a and 30 are connected. with power, 87 and 30 are connected

Re: Relay wiring diagram??

is the harness have a green, black, white, red wire coming out of it? the green goes to solenoids, white goes to fpss(grounded) if not used, and i think black is grounded and the red is a 12v source.

off the top of my head i believe this is correct.. if not correct me if i'm wrong.

good luck,

Nick

It doesn't matter which has power/ground for 85 and 86, but I think I've seen 86 ground more often.

I understand your description but I wanted to clarify.

85 and 86 are the trigger circuit or low current.
30 and 87A or 87 are the high current circuit.

Is this correct ?

If so then on my setup that is going to be installed soon, I won't be using 87a at all.

thanks,

Heavy

You should be able to find whatever you need to wire or plumb here....
