Trip to M9

Hey everyone, it was great meeting everyone that got to come to 41 this past sunday. I'm just throwing this thread up to see who is planning or wants more info on M9 (a.k.a. The 9th annual Michigan GM Event in Stanton at the Michigan motorsport raceway). The drive isn't that bad, people are great, and the track is AMAZING. I visited the track and the guys last year at the Camaroz28.com nationals which was a fun time. Im pretty sure I'm going....I've never really had a chance to go to a "real" track. The drive shouldnt be too bad at all, and a few of us might be getting a hotel the night before close by to the track and partying down. From what I hear many people end up running their best times ever also at this event because of the good cold weather and awesome track prep. EDIT: I just pre-ordered my registration for the event, so it looks like I'm for sure going unless something major comes up. :D :cool:

I plan on going and getting a hotel room this year. I was at last years and had a blast.

I'm gonna go, there should be some fast f-bodys up there. Dan are you gonna stay both nights?

Yeah it's a blast. One day event though so pray for good weather!

I wanted to go this year with you guys, but I just had to move 800 miles away! Well you guys have fun up there! I went to M6 and M7, and had a blast.

3 days away....I'm gonna be there.....gonna call the hotel tomorrow and see if they still have rooms open. I am gonna be meeting up with the car club michigan speed in Grand Rapids and then I'm rolling with them to the pre event lunch, then onto the track. Silverstreak do you still plan on going? anyone else from around the area going?

Indiana.
