Superchager help!

I was looking to get a nice supercharger for my 02' Z-28, any suggestions? Price is not a concern, but quality is.

Vortec SQ..... good quality, nice size, not loud like the others

i think you would also have better luck in the forced induction section also

Do your research on Vortech and ATI, I personally like ATI's brand of superchargers.

You may want to do a search in the Forced Induction forum on LS1tech.com. I have heard that Vortech kits for an LS1 have a better fit than the ATI kits. Both make good blower. I would recommend staying away from an ATI P1SC kit since the head unit tends to leak blower oil.

Only two company I would look at are ATI and Vortech. I like the ATI systems but each has it good and bad points. ATI-makes great power and solid units, but their customer service is very hit or miss. If you buy from a good seller(I have heard good thimgs about TBYRNE), they are a great"middle-man" to get the extra tech support. Good Luck.

Say what? Leak Oil? not this P1SC.

I love my ATI....best choice I ever made.

I know of a few people that have had leaky blower seals from their P1SC on an LT1 application. ATI claims this is normal but I call it a crappy excuse. ATI will not cover this issue under warranty. Supposely ATI blamed it on the seal manufacturer they use. The have since used a different manufacturer but the problem is still there. Trust me when I tell you I have had several ATI blowers and I have heard just about every excuse in the book. I swear with all the money that I have spent with them I would think I should be part owner. I will say after all the headaches I have had with ATI that there F1 blower is hands down a great blower.
