Anybody running large cam with 100 shot

Just curious who on here is running a heads/cam set up with n20 on here with stock internals. How many miles are on your car and how safe do you think it is. My car has 75k miles on it and I just ordered a 230/236 cam. Heads are already done and plan on spraying 100 shot (rairly). Just wondered who's doing it and how safe it is. Also running the colder plugs, msd 6al box and still have to purchase the air/fuel gauge for monitoring the fuel, and inline fuel pump that came with the kit. Then I'm also thinking i'm gonna need to upgrade to some 30lb svo injectors...anything else that i might've missed?

I've got 75k miles on my stock shortblock as well. I've run heads, cam, 175 shot without issues. I wouldn't recommend spraying that much though. I like using the 255lph intank instead of the inline/stock intank combo. I don't see you having a problem spraying a 100 shot with the heads and cam. Just make sure you have adequate fuel. Good luck.

If your running a dry kit, you may want bigger injectors than 30 lbs. I don't have the link on this computer but I've posted the link in another thread regarding Fuel Injector size calculations. If you've got a wet kit, then 30 to 36 lbs should be fine. But, if you're hanging 420 Fly HP and through 100 dry shots in there, you'll need 36 to 42 lb injectors.

I've heard nothing but good stories about the walbro in-tank pumps or Racetronix.

Well, I wasn't aware of that so thx. Yea I just ordered the 230/236 cam so i'm thinking i should be around 350-370rwhp then whatever the 100 shot brings. I should probably look into some 40 lb svo's. I was thinking the 30 lbs would cut it but I guess not.

Here was the link to the Fuel Injector Calculator I hope this helps. Remember, RWHP is 15-22% lower depending if your car is a manual or an automatic. So add hp accordingly. The Calculator is calibrated for Fly HP.
