License to sell nitrous?

Has anyone heard of needing a license to sell nytrous plus? It was mentioned to me but they didn't know anything for sure.

It would vary according to the area in which you live. Check with your local government. If you are talking retail sales you do need a sales tax registration to sell anything.

You need to check the specific state laws in Iowa. In NJ for example, you need a state issued, no cost permit to sell, buy or possess nitrous.
