How many rwhp is a 255 intank pump good to before you need to add an inline pump? Will one handle close to 600 rwhp?

Not all "255lph" pumps are equivalent. My current setup is good for 733rwhp. Bosch 255lph intank, Kenne Bell "Boost-a-Pump", stock lines and regulator.

Thats supposed to be a nice setup but $500 is alot conisering a 255 Intank Pump is about $120 and you are getting two with that setup and the stuff to make it work.

At $500.00 its a bargain considering the amount of labor and parts that goes into making a PnP double pump setup and the complexity of the PnP weatherproof harness.
Go to your local dealer and see what it costs to buy a Weatherpack relay, socket and the sealed connectors. You can spend your money on an simple DIY install kit like the Racetronix unit or you can pay a shop $100's of dollars in labor to install an external pump with all the fittings and lines and electrical. Its your choice...

FYI a Racetronix double in-tank system has supported over 800RWHP to date with volume to spare!

If any of you guys believe that a 255lph pump puts out that volume at the fuel rail and 43psi, I've got some bridges to sell you http://web.camaross.com/bb/smile.gif
