Getting there, just need some assistance...IAC and Idle low

So far, my BLM's are really close, maybe +/- 2 to 5 off at most times and off on the rich side so its just a little more tweaking there. But my biggest issue is my IAC...once the car is started, it maxes out to 160 and will stay there, but the idle quality is perfect, right at 900. Once I put it in gear, it drops to 500-625 (wont stall out, but DTC 33 MAP high comes on) and I have to two foot it in order to keep rpm's up. I two foot it ot keep the rpms up around 900, and when I want to accelerate the car is real hesitant until it hits about 1400rpms then it wants to go and everything is fine and my IAC motor then well move down and if I'm ~21% TPS or less, my IAC will get close to 100 but never below.

I still have the stock 48 mm TB and mod's are in my sig...could that be the problem only. I've tried cracking the stop screw and the idle smoothed out a little in gear.

I've linked two Datamaster logged files (.uni) so if anyone has any input, it'd be much appreciated.

have you tried cracking your throttle blades? this will allow more air in at idle bypassing the IAC since its working a kinda hard... i believe 160 is actually its max value too. cracking the blades should provide a "fix" for the problem but can cause some idle problems since the air isnt flowing thru the IAC passages in the intake... this is just what ive heard. now how i fixed this problem in my car and in a friends car required some power tools. what we did was enlarge the IAC bypass hole in the TB to about double its size or better. the hole is located in the center of the TB at the bottom and leads into the intake but the difference between this and cracking the blades is that the bypass will still divert air into the IAC passages so you retain a decent idle quality. in reality all the air still flows into the same space as id had before but the only change is that we allowed more air to bypass the IAC motor so our cars didnt try to stall on up during hard braking and other things like turning on the A/C. hope that helps you a little. but i would advise just checking first by cracking the blades just incase the problem is elsewhere.

I tried cracking the blades a bit, it smoothed out the idle a little, but not enough...maybe on the right track?

I'm gonna open up the bypass hole in a couple of days, and see if that works.

Thanks for the input....
