Is the intake elbow coming in or the FIPK? I'm pretty sure the Vortech elbow is smaller and will not fit the stock MAF.

hey i got a 94Z with K&N FIPK, then i got the vortech elbow, fit right onto the MAF and FIPK

only thing is you gotta buy a die to cut threads in the IAT sensor!!

they didn't tell you that, did they? also when the IAT is that fricken old, it will probably shatter when you try to cut threads into it.... so i had to buy a new one, about $23 not bad to know i have an accurate new IAT

you could also relocate it, but i didn't

On a friends 95 Z, yes, he had the Moroso and he had to shorten the Moroso duct about 1" to fit, not sure if he had to cut some from the elbow.

I had to cut about an 1.5" off of the elbow to get it to fit nice and snug.(with Moroso) Just cut off how ever much it takes to get it to fit right.

I had the k&n, it fit fine with the trick flow elbow, I'm pretty sure the vortech is the same size

I Have a 96 Trans AM with the K&N Cold air kit and the Vortech elbow. I put them both on brand new right out of the box with no problems and no cutting needed.

I had to trim 1.5"off my Vortech to fit my MAF and SLP CAI.
Had it powdercoated to match .
