Autotap or LS1 Scanmaster?rick9696 08-07-2002, 04:20 PM I'll be getting one of these pretty soon, but right now I'm leaning towards the Scanmaster since I don't have a Palm Pilot or laptop to use with the Autotap. How does the Scanmaster compare? Will it give me pretty much the same data as the Autotap? one wicked element 08-07-2002, 04:28 PM My limited understanding on both is that the Scanmaster does just that - scans. It will tell you just about everththing your car is doing. The Autotap allows you to make changes, that is why you need the PC/Palm.
