Here is a picture of the seat back with the cover and all hardware installed. Looks like new. If you notice there is a piece of the back sticking up about 2/3rds of the way from the left side. I took a utility knife to cut a slit where the carpet and the vinyl come together. This was to give an opening for the subwoofer wires and access to the various subwoofer controls. I then used hook and loop pieces to hold the slit opening together.
