Here's another view of the hole in the plastic seat back. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of the foam. It was necessary to remove some of the foam from the middle portion of the foam. The foam is about 4" thick. I cut out about a 3" thick section leaving 1" that would be in front of the subwoofer. Between the subwoofer and the foam the seat maintains it's form and shape.
