Will these Work on my 97 Z
Re: Will these Work on my 97 Z
Are they OEM Corvette Z06 wheels? Or are they aftermarket? If aftermarket, what are the offsets on each wheel? The fronts must be aftermarket, since the stock front C5 Z06 wheels were 17x9.5"
The OEM C5 Z06 18x10.5" wheels have a 58mm offset, and the inside edge of the tires may rub on the inner fender liner. It can be solved with a spacer if it happens. You have to decide if you want to run a spacer.
Pirelli does not recommend any wheel narrower than 10.5" for the 315/30-18 tire. It would looked "scrunched" on a 9.5" wide wheel, and probably have in incorrect contact patch. A 315 is also VERY likely to encounter major rubbing in the front, unless you let it hang a bit outside the fender.

Your choices for 18" wheels are 315/30, 295/35, 285/35 and 275/35.
There are people here running 315's on 17x11 wheels on all 4 corners. They are usefull in Auto-X applications.

Re: Will these Work on my 97 Z
I was wondering this also cause I know with the 11's they rub. The rear 10.5" rims are 56mm offset also.
They are two 18" x 9.5" rims for the front (+56mm offset, 7.4" backspace) and two 18" x 10.5" for the rear (+56mm offset, 7.88" backspace).
