Will 295/35 Fit On 18x9.5 Wheel?

Yes. They recommend 275s, but I'd go with 295s.

just stick with the 275, or get a wider wheel

You should have no problem fitting them on the rim. They might bow out on the edge a little bit but shouldnt be a problem almost makes them look a little meatier.
